What is the delivery time of my order?
We ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. In most cases, your package will be delivered within 1-2 business days in the Netherlands.
You will automatically receive a track & trace code as soon as your order is on its way.
Which carrier do you ship with?
We work with reliable delivery services such as PostNL, DHL or DPD , depending on the delivery address and speed.

Returns and Refunds
How do I return my order?
1. Register your return within 14 days by email to contact@cloudypaw.com .
2. Please state your order number and the reason for return in your email.
3. Wait for our confirmation with the return instructions.
4. Return the product unused, undamaged and in the original, unopened vacuum packaging .
5. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount within 7 working days via your original payment method.
Please note: you are responsible for paying the return costs, unless it was an error on our part.
Can I exchange the dog bed for a different size?
We do not currently offer a direct exchange service.
Want a different size? You can return the product (provided it's in unopened vacuum packaging) and place a new order through the webshop.
